Is your inspector licensed in residential inspections?
Yes, our inspectors are fully licensed and insured in the State of Oklahoma and are Certified Professional Inspectors through InterNACHI, the world premier home inspector association.
Can you offer repairs or improvements during the home inspection?
No, unfortunately we are not allowed to offer any repairs for 12 months following the inspections. Our inspectors can make recommendations as to what trade industry to contact to assist with repairs.
How long will it take to do the inspection?
The typical home inspection takes between 2 and 4 hours to complete depending on the size of the house and the ancillary services added.
What is the cost?
Pricing is based on the size of the home and added ancillary services. Please check our Pricing page for more information.
How long will it take to receive my inspection report?
Most reports are emailed within 24 hours.
Can I attend the inspection?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage our clients to be a part of the inspection.
Do your inspectors participate in continuing education programs to stay up to date?
Yes, our inspectors are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education each year to maintain their Certified Professional Inspector status and 12 hours to maintain state licensing.
Is there specialized equipment used for a home inspection?
Yes. We use thermal imaging cameras, sewer camera scopes, electrical testers and moisture detecting devices.

Services
At AIS, our inspections are whole home inspections. This covers the foundation to the roof. You will never be charged extra for crawl spaces, attics, or roofs.

The best way to prepare for your home inspection is to ensure open access is provided to all inspection areas, the perimeter of the home is accessible and all pets are contained.
